Cancellation by Where to Next Consulting

On rare occasions the team at Where to Next Consulting [WTNC] may be required to cancel previously agreed upon services due to emergency or enforcement of contract dissolution, as outlined in each contract. Should a research contract be dissolved due to a breach of agreement or lack of communication, the WTNC employee will attempt to review the cause with the client immediately. Cancellations due to breach of agreement or lack of client communication will not be accompanied by a refund.

Cancellation by Client

Refund requests by clients will be considered on a case by case basis regarding matters due to death, or loss of medical or legal ability to remain contracted by the agreed upon terms of payment. Should such an extreme circumstance be the source of the need for cancellation, WTNC will review contract legalities and respond to the request as soon as possible. A cancellation of services due to client death, or loss of medical or legal ability to remain contracted by the agreed upon terms shall be honored with a refund for services not yet rendered. Necessary proof of medical emergency provided by the client or a notice of passing from a Power of Attorney will be accepted.
